  • The hotel’s general environment and boarding suites are designed based on ISFM and AAFP Feline Environmental Needs Guidelines to provide the most comfortable and stress free environment for our kitty guests. Our rooms are air conditioned 24/7 and fitted out with built in perches, rest areas, hideouts, exercise and play area, and separate toileting area. Guests also have the option to use the common play and exercise area.

Admission Criteria & Boarding Eligibility

  • We will be able to board your cat as long as he/she fulfils our Admission Requirements.

  • Yes we will be able to board cats with chronic / long-term conditions. We are able to provide medical care services such as medicate cats orally, provide subcutaneous injections, wound cleaning etc. Read more about the types of conditions we can handle.

  • A medical certificate by a certified veterinarian stating that your cat cannot be vaccinated will be required to board at the hotel.

  • Yes we are able to house up to 3 cats per room (depending on the room type) as long as the cats are able to cohabit peacefully. Adjoining rooms are also available for households with more than 3 cats or if your cat(s) simply loves space.

    $20 per night is chargeable for the second cat boarding in the same room. $15 per night per cat is chargeable for the third cat and beyond boarding in the same room.

  • A physical examination will be performed at check-in to ensure that your cat is fit for boarding.

    If your cat is known to be aggressive / fractious, please contact us and arrange for an in-person assessment before making an online booking.

  • You will not be required to administer preventive treatment at check-in if your cat has already been treated. The hotel will be able to administer prevention treatment during the boarding period should the previous application not cover the entire boarding period. You may choose to bring your own treatment or purchase it from the hotel.

    The hotel will also administer treatment at an additional charge should there be any issues with parasites during the boarding period.

  • Copies of your cat’s vaccination certificate, sterilisation certificate, FIV/FeLV test results are required. If your cat is unable to fulfil Admission Requirements due to medical reasons, relevant health documents indicating the reasons will also be required.

  • We recommend bookings to be made at least one month before your intended boarding dates.

  • Online payment via credit / debit cards is available.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to your email address that was provided once payment has been made through our online booking system.

  • Please contact our team for amendments and cancellations. Amendments can be made free of charge. Processing fees and / or penalties may be charged for cancellations depending on your check-in date. Please refer to our Boarding Terms & Conditions for details.

Before your cat’s stay

  • An appointment is required for both check-in and check-out.

    Regular check-in time is between 1500 - 1800 HRS daily. Early check-in begins at 1100 HRS.

    Regular check-out time is between 1100 - 1230 HRS daily. Late check-out may be extended to 1800 HRS.

    Early check-in and late check-outs are chargeable at $20 flat rate.

  • A physical examination will be conducted at check-in. All documents must be completed before check-in unless otherwise arranged in the event of urgent bookings.

  • Your cat will be rejected if he/she does not fulfil the hotel’s Admission Requirements.

During your cat’s stay

  • Your cat will be able to access the common exercise and play area during daily interaction time if he/she is feeling comfortable enough to do so. FIV/FeLV positive and non-vaccinated cats will not be able to access the common area.

  • The complimentary daily interaction time is between 15 - 30 mins. An extension of interaction time may be requested at an additional charge.

  • There will be no direct physical interaction between guests (from different households) at the hotel to minimise the risk of disease, injuries and stress.

  • Feeding times are between 1000 - 1100 HRS and 1800 - 1900 HRS.

    Owners are highly encouraged to bring their own food. The hotel is able to provide our in-house selection of wet and dry food as well at an additional cost.

  • Customised feeding routines may be requested at an additional charge.

    Please discuss with our team if your cat requires a customised feeding routine.

  • Yes we are able to handle frozen raw/home cooked food according to our safety guidelines. Please refer to our Boarding Terms & Conditions for more details.

  • The hotel will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next step. We will be able to bring your cat for necessary medical treatments.

  • Yes we will be able to arrange for transport as well as to accompany your cat to medical appointments at an additional cost.

  • We provide basic grooming services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, etc. Sanitary cleaning/shave will be provided only when necessary e.g. in the event the cat soils him/herself. Please refer to our services page for more details.

    You may choose to arrange for grooming services with your preferred groomers during the boarding period and have your cat transported to your groomer.

  • Yes we provide a complimentary daily written update of your cat’s wellbeing as well as photos and videos.

  • Updates with photo(s) and/or video(s) as well as written notes about your cat is included in our boarding rates and will be provided daily. CCTV access is available for Cradle Suites and Loft Suites at $5 per day.

  • Extension of boarding is subject to room availability, there is no guaranteed extension. We encourage you to inform us regarding extension requests as soon as possible.

  • Visitation hours are between 3-6pm daily for up to 30 minutes per visit. A prior appointment is required for visitation, appointments may be made through phone call / WhatsApp. Visitors without appointments may be rejected entry.

    We take the welfare and care of our guests seriously; to allow our staff time to check clean, feed, interact and attend to our guests’ needs, visiting slots and hours have to be limited.

    Limiting the number of humans that visit the hotel in a day helps to minimise disturbance and stress of our guests. This visitation policy is for the welfare and privacy of our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
