  • 0930 HRS - 1900 HRS

    5 days a week including one weekend

    OR

    4 days a week including 2 weekends

  • SGD $2200 - 2900 (depending on experience)

  • Cat care

    • Interacting / Socialising

    • Feeding

    • Grooming

    • Monitoring general wellbeing

    • Providing basic medical care

    Customer care

    • Assisting customers with room bookings and service requests

    • Communicating with customers about the wellbeing of their cats (written and photos/videos)

    • Conducting hotel tours

    Infrastructure care

    • Cleaning of cat cutleries, litter boxes, cat rooms etc.

    Team (only for senior attendants)

    • Facilitate team onboarding and training based on established SOPs

    • Singaporean Citizen / PR

    • Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to converse in other languages with customers is a bonus

    • Experience in the animal care/veterinary industry and customer service is preferred.

    • Able bodied to do general housekeeping in an air conditioned environment

    • All applicants are required to go through a paid 1 day trial period to assess suitability.

    • Have a strong sense of responsibility towards animals

    • Are willing and motivated to learn new skills and knowledge

Cat Care Attendant

  • 0930 HRS - 1900 HRS

    5 days a week including one weekend

  • SGD $3500 - 5000 (depending on experience)

  • Operations

    • Identify and resolve challenges and inefficiencies with directors

    • Develop and improve on operations SOPs

    • Work with directors, external specialists and team members to put plans into action

    Customers

    • Build customer relations

    • Develop and improve systems to maintain customer relations

    • Work with directors on service recovery / crisis management

    Team

    • Lead, supervise and educate the team

    • Develop staff training/management SOPs

    • Ops HR (hiring, manpower allocation, leave, payroll, conflict resolution, personal issues, team morale)

    • Singaporean Citizen / PR

    • Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to converse in other languages with customers is a bonus

    • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, animal care/veterinary industry and management is required. Relevant education background is required.

    • Able bodied to do general housekeeping in an air conditioned environment

  • SGD $2900 - 3500 (depending on experience)

  • Operations

    • Facilitate efficient day to day operations

    • Ensure excellent customer service

    • Manage facilities, equipment and supplies

    • Identify challenges and inefficiencies with operations (systems, cat health, facilities etc.)

    • Work with management to resolve issues identified

    Team

    • Facilitate team onboarding and training based on established SOPs

    • Identify challenges among the team

    • Rostering

    • Singaporean Citizen / PR

    • Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to converse in other languages with customers is a bonus

    • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and animal care/veterinary industry is required. Relevant education background will be preferred.

    • Able bodied to perform general housekeeping in an air conditioned environment

    • All applicants are required to go through a paid 1 day trial period to assess suitability.
